How fast can I get started with Jetstream™?
ASA can quickly personalize Jetstream™ to your specific requirements and provide training for your people.  You can be up and running in just a few days. 
 
Can I get additional support for Jetstream™
after implementation?
ASA provides live Help Desk support between the hours of 7:00 a.m. through 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Additionally, questions can be directly e-mailed to our support staff.
 
How much software will I need to download to utilize Jetstream™?
Jetstream™ is in the Software as a Service (SaaS) category, and as such requires NO software installation on either individual computers or company servers. 
 
How will I receive Jetstream™ updates and enhancements?
You will receive periodic notifications from ASA of Jetstream updates and enhancements.  We are continually striving to add meaningful functionality to the system while maintaining its user friendliness.  And all updates and enhancements are included in your low monthly user fee.
 
What is the history behind Jetstream™?
ASA has been improving our customer's business processes since 1990.  We developed Jetstream™ in response to our customers' frustrations with other CRM systems in the marketplace.  Our experience in developing user-friendly systems in the sales management arena served us well in designing a CRM solution that can meet the needs of individual users and management.

Is my data safe on Jetstream™?
The security of your data is of paramount importance to us.  ASA utilizes the latest in encryption technology, and all access to Jetstream is User ID and Password protected.
 
What will I pay for set-up and training on Jetstream™?
Set-up, field customization and training are FREE.  Additionally, there is no charge for LIVE help-desk support.
